ABINTRA® Mangoe Panna Cotta
Recipe Ingredients:
• 1 ABINTRA® Satchet
• 1 cup (112g) coconut milk
• ¾ cup (86g) mango pulp
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
• ½ Tbsp (4g) Unflavored Gelatin
• 3 Tbsp cold water
Process:
1. In a small cup add the unflavored gelatin, water and mix with the help of a fork until all the gelatin is hydrated.
2. In the blender glass, add the coconut milk with the Abintra® sachet and blend at low speed for ten seconds.
3. Add the mango pulp and the vanilla essence to the previous preparation and blend at medium speed until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Put the previously hydrated gelatin in a pan and heat it at a low temperature, stirring constantly until it melts and a liquid remains. Add it to the blender mixture.
5. Blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
6. Pour the mixture into small glasses, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
